Summary: First room I got was left exactly as ther previous person had left it, dirty sheets, towels and garbage. I asked for a new room and got a room with clean sheets, but the bed wasn’t made and dust everywhere. Rather than ask for a third room, I just made the bed myself. Also, the room keys demagnetized very easily and I had to ask for a new key 3 times. Only once did they check my ID. Scary that anyone could just ask for a room key. Won’t be going back.

Summary: The rooms at the Four Points Sheraton Kalamazoo were not like the photos online. The hotel is old, the decor is old, the whole room was not user friendly. The room setup was not as advertised and lacking. The neighborhood was not dangerous but it was definitely not pretty.

Summary: Good accommodations for family and our dog except Saturday night when there was other people on the fifth floor smoking some form of weed product. I was under the impression that all rooms were smoke free. I had difficulty breathing that night due to my asthma and allergies since we were on the 5th floor. Also the coffee was extremely bitter both in the room and down in the lobby.
